These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inside The Match website and consulting services operated by NMN Digital Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Inside The Match provides physician-led consulting services related to residency match preparation, including but not limited to application audits, personal statement editing, mock interview sessions, and strategic advising. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee admission, interview invitations, or match results. Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control including but not limited to program preferences, applicant qualifications, and the competitive landscape of any given match cycle.

2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide to us. All application materials, personal statements, and related documents remain your responsibility to review and approve before submission to any residency program, institution, or individual. You acknowledge that our consultant provides recommendations and edits that you are free to accept, modify, or reject at your discretion.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Your materials: You retain full ownership of your personal statements, CVs, application materials, and any original content you provide to us. Edits and revisions we make to your materials become part of your owned documents upon delivery.

Our materials: The High-Yield Document Vault and all downloadable products are the intellectual property of NMN Digital Consulting. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own application preparation. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased materials with third parties.

Frameworks and methods: The strategic frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and consulting methodologies used by Inside The Match are proprietary to NMN Digital Consulting.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, academic records, application materials, and session content as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit written consent. We will not use your name, likeness, or identifying details in any marketing materials without your explicit written consent.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Payhip or Stripe. Service fees are due at the time of booking. Digital products (the Document Vault) are non-refundable once downloaded. For consulting sessions, cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a consulting session, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inside The Match and NMN Digital Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for match outcomes, program decisions, or any consequences resulting from how you choose to apply the advice and materials we provide.

7. Disclaimer

Our consulting services represent the professional opinions and recommendations of our physician consultant based on experience and knowledge of the residency match process. They do not constitute medical advice, legal advice, or guarantees of any specific outcome. The residency match process involves inherent uncertainty and our services are designed to optimize your preparation within that reality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Maryland.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
